Going all the way back through their heritage to understand what brings them to act the way that they do now, in addition to the individual animal.

Even just speaking over the phone with Brian my partner and I came away with lots of steps to use to help our reactive puppy Rex.

We’ve been implementing the suggested ideas prior to an actual visit and already we found some progress.

Brian even followed up with a call to let us know some info about Rex’s breed that’s he’d researched after our telephone call. About 2 weeks later Brian met us all in our garden and the park and our problems were solved to our satisfaction.
