Re: Weekend visit
Brian was extremely helpful and accommodating to our situation. He came on a weekend, outside of his normal working hours, as he recognised that it was important that the whole family was available for his session.

It was very useful that initially Brian took the time to explain the concepts behind the techniques he would later demonstrate for us. This deeper understanding has helped us be more flexible with the ongoing behaviour management of our two dogs.

We were shown the techniques in a calm, unrushed manner and it was evident that Brian was not clock watching and was sincerely engaged in us getting the most out of the session. The offer for ongoing support was also gratefully received.
